St Hallett...Vines & Vinos from across the ditch
Getting into the cooler months, I always find myself moving from lighter style reds to bigger and bolder wines. St Hallett has always been one of my favourite wineries from the Barossa Valley in Australia. They produce some great wines that are meant to be shared with friends and help you get through these cooler months.
The St Hallett winery was established in 1944. It is named after an early surveyor of Southern Australia. Nobody knows how he gained the title of 'Saint', but my guess is the local's must have worshipped his wines.
Cheers
Andy
