July Winter Warmers
It's that time of year when it feels just right to drink a great glass of red wine with some down to earth comfort foods. Get that slow cooker out and on your way home pop into your local Liquor King Store to find that perfect match. We've got a few below on special for you that we think would be great.
I'm often asked at what temperature to serve hearty reds at. The common answer is at room temperature, but this is no good if your house is only 5 degrees! The ideal serving temperature for most red wines is between 14 to 18 degrees celsius. If you're in a real hurry try microwaving your red wine glass for no more than 10 seconds, and make sure that your glass is microwave safe first!!
